He has advised financial institutions throughout Africa on financing transactions including: project finance, structured finance and preference shares. He is a specialist in tax considerations relevant to the structuring of derivatives, financial instruments and other structured products.

Milton is a corporate funds, banking and finance lawyer with experience in South Africa, the United Kingdom and China. He has broad experience in advising financial institutions and sponsors in acquisition finance, cross-border finance, private equity, structured finance, debt capital markets, derivatives, hedge funds, high-yield debt, and securitisation. Milton has also advised both GPs and LPs in establishing domestic and international funds, and clients in private investment funds, all major investment strategies and all stages of a private investment fund’s life cycle.

Liani Coupe is a Key Individual per the Financial Sector Conduct Authority and a director/shareholder of Global Capital Resources, Vertu Wealth and Ducome Brokers. She is a Certified Financial Planner, active since 2009; a Fiduciary Practitioner; a Tax Practitioner and a Business Accountant. Her studies include Estate and Trust Administration; a postgraduate degree in Financial Planning Law; an advanced postgraduate degree in Estate Planning and a course in Corporate Finance.

Greg Goeller is CEO of Anchor Point Risk Solutions, a global provider of credit risk solutions. He also acts as director of Vertu Wealth and Safyr Utilis, both niche financial services companies. Previous experience includes: Head of Product and Business Development for Standard Bank Wealth, Investment & Fiduciary Services; Portfolio Manager and Head of Institutional Distribution at Melville Douglas Investment Managers; Head of CIB Coverage for Non-Presence Countries; and Chief Risk Officer for Standard Bank Corporate & Investment Bank Africa. Greg is a CA, CFA, and holds a certificate in quantitative modeling.

Luis is Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Director of the AMT Group of companies, which provide temporary employment solutions to the power-generation and petrochemical industries. The group is the biggest in its MEIBC sector, both in geographical footprint and turnover.  Luis also has extensive experience in recruiting, payroll and managing teams to supply project labour resources.
